At Super Retail Group, I led the redesign and rollout of personalised eDM experiences across BCF, Supercheap Auto and Rebel. I built master templates, applied a customer-first design lens that worked seamlessly with complex machine learning and data touchpoints, and introduced mobile-first UX guidelines to ensure consistency, efficiency and scalability across light and dark modes. The result: elevated visual standards, smoother workflows, and customer-focused emails delivered to tens of millions of customers.
